3. Return Process

- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our conditions. However, if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria (e.g., used or missing packaging), we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s value or reject the return.
6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items
